Refund policy
At OffroadXperts.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms:
1. **Return Window**: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
2. **Condition of Items**: Returned products must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Any items showing signs of use or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
3. **Return Shipping**: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Packages must be marked with a return authorization number.
4. **Non-Returnable Items**:
- Certain items, such as clearance products, special orders, or items that have been customized, are not eligible for return.
- There is a strict no return policy on snorkels.
- All electronics are non-refundable, as it is almost impossible to determine if the item is damaged without installing it.
5. **Restocking Fee**: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.
6. **Refunds**: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
7. **Damaged or Defective Items**: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement.
